before you buy a lamp i would consider the land you are planning to lamp , if they are massive fields then go for the blitz ( blitz is like carrying a dustpin lid about ), if they are small fields then look at the other lamps i,e lance or striker

if you bring it on correctly then it would be able to catch its intended quarry , if it couldnt then you cant have taught it correctly. ( then its time to be kept on the lead and watch until the penny drops )

just reading your post and was wondering if when you throw the rabbit in the garden is there only you and the dog there ? and when you are out hunting is theer any other dogs with you . only reason im asking you is that when out hunting and there is another dog some times dogs that have been trained with no other dogs there sometimes they dont like to come back all the way because of the other dog ! just a thought for you
