  11. I always take a walk around a new site and make a note of how many I need, its the only way to get the number wright, not so bad it your carrying to many, buy a bit of a problem it your not!

Just to let you know, neibour of kids grandad phoned RSPCA to inform them that rabbit was put in to same cage, uncleaned from me taking ferrets, I got a visit from them, didn't want to drop him in, but there's no helping some people, RSPCA took rabbit pending prosecution, think he deserves it this time, unless the rabbits a biter too!
  13. I have 3 polecats, 2 red eyed albino's, and 2 sandie's, no difference in their working abilitie's, the all bolt, just harder to see polecats in undergrowth, but with collars on it makes no difference, unlike the old days.

  16. Does look quite small to put to work, lob it into a warren and see what bolts, if it gets beaten a lot, mate him up and see if you can produce a slightly bigger jill?
  17. read that first bit, and started getting worried ferreting that is glad we got that sorted out i wouldnt mind going out with someone and seeing what its about, i know id like it but like for most things i dont have the time or space at the moment but that dont stop me from taking an interest That's how we all got started mate, you'll wind up with a shed full of stuff, crack on mate, get someone local to you to show you the score, then make your own mind up.
