    hi all, after much persuasion with my parents i am finally aloud to get a dog. it will be for rabbiting and needs to be a calm breed which will make a good family pet. i would quite like a rough coated dog as i have always thought they look very cool. any suggestions? thanks, Aaron

    ever had this happen to you? this afternoon i was lofting some decoys in a sitty tree when a pigeon landed 2 yards above my head. my rifle was a yard away from me and i made one very slow step to pick it up but it spotted me and flew off. ever had quarry appear very close to you, what can you do?

    i was once in a farmers market getting some pheasent from the game dealer and he asked me if i shoot myself and i said yes but only with air rifles and he asked me if i woulden't mind cleaining up the rats from his pens

    well i wanted to do it myself so i could do my own pattern. its also a lot cheaper. i've done a bit of reasearch and it looks like krylon spray paint is the best. cheers, Aaron p.s camo tape is rubbish, i peels at the edges after a while and you can't get a good grip. also i want to get my own pattern. i'm thinking of getting some wide blade long grass cuttings and usting that as a template. will post up a 'how to cmaouflage your rifle' some time in the future.

    hi, i'm thinking of camouflageing my rifle and have looked at a few videos and worked out that your first have to sand it down all over then put primer on a few times and then spray paint. has anyone done this before and if so whats the best paint to use? thanks, Aaron.

    Then I wouldnt get one if thats what your saying. Not yet anyway read as much as you can non stop and learn about keeping dogs, training etc Trust me you will regret it at a later date if you rush into getting a dog. atb HJ i have done my research and know that collie/greyhound seeems to be the right dog for me but i jus wanted to make sure from other peoples experience with them. and its looks like there pretty good. thanks, Aaron.

    i know a freind who owns a .20 cal rapid and he has owned a .177 and .22 s410's before. he prefers the rapid and he says that logun penatrators work best in his and he once had 30 rabbits in a weelend using it.

    nice shooting. my dive bottle has broken so i have a gun at about 110 bar . what can i go down to still with full power shots.
