    Thanks you two i have been feeding complete dried food , it seems like the more expensive (better) food makes them do it more. maybe i will go on to raw meat and bones and give that a go

    Keep away from pellets in low temp water mate Stick with small baits and fish for 1 bite at a time, stay mobile and keep looking for signs of fish giving their location away mate

    The lake is called Etang Des Moulinots mate and its about £240 for the week there is a shower for about £ your meals are cooked everyday and you get so much for your money compared to other lakes in France real good food

    hi,ip the rabbits here arnt easy rabbits beleave me, there on the move all the time especally this time of yr when there is no wind and very still,we are now runing a lot on stubble and they move on that stuff,also with the amount of foxes here the rabbits are alert,iam not complaining as tonight my black dog had 15 from 17 runs,lady the brindle the rest and she did a lovelly retreave ,friday night had 2 fellow members of here and it was the worse night for a long time a heavy dew and no wind only netted us 19 rabbits and another retreaved fox but at least the foxes are of very good size an

    She was a wide one mate Back to the same lake next April, its only 3 1/2 hours from Calais Sweet would love to give it a bash abroad for some carping, Definitely need to get a passport sorted. You really should mate i have done about 11 weeks out there over the years, i make sure i go at least once a year. if you do decide, let me know and i will point you in the right direction and get you a good deal

    Here is my 2nd biggest ever Carp it weighed 40lb bang on only 16 fish were caught all week between 6 of us so it was really hard going good time had by all though and that is my 7th time to Moulinots in France Excellent food and beautiful Lake It fished much better the following week with over 40 fish out might of ended up even more
