you are right mate as they have answered there own questions £££££££££££££ comes 1st but like i said even if there was 1 pair near there pens causing no harm they will still get shot.i love my wildlife since i was a kid and love my hunting to as neither will ever change and i work for a masive pest control company which has got me a good bit of permission but i still like my digging with the terriers and running with the lurchers plus everything i kill i eat so does the family. he told me about the husky side of it.he said his mate would walk passed this vet every day and the dog was always on the leader,anyway 1 day his mate asked why dont you let the dog off for a run around and the vet replied [i cant as the dog has dropped 2 deer and the keeper caught him and said if i see that dog off the lead again i will shoot it].so his mate put it over his bitch as it done deer.thats what geff told me anyway and it was a long time ago so there shouldnt be any husky blood in the make of any of geffs dogs now.

spot on Lab . Trust me mate I genuinly know where you're coming from, it 's different here as perhaps the Buzzards are occupied with the mixy Rabbits and other easy picking. I've got to know a few keepers in the past and all seem under stress in the season, its definitely a high pressure job and one I don't think I could handle. I get the impression alot of people don't realise quite whats invloved.... Jasp i know whats involved in keepering as its a 24hr job,as for where lab is there might be loads of buzzards but ive been on some shoots where there is only 1 pair and those still

i was thinking of that to mate but then i will have no room in my cabnet.i have a fac air rifel,hmr,410 and a semi auto and it a 4 gun cabnet and no room to fit another where it is mate.

i like the hmr but thats what puts me off is the noise,i used it the other night and i no what people mean about the crack having rabbits sitting abit longer compaired to the thud off the .22.

its nice to see how things turn out but as for banning hunting with bop it couldnt happen as thats how they survive in the wild.but its like millet says,like knocking your head against the wall.£££££££££££££££££ 1st think later.

cheers for that lads,i have a 17hmr but its the noise that puts me off but everybody keeps saying to me i should of got a .22 as they are quieter.i was thinking of putting it in and get a .22 on my ticket but i like the hmr except the noise.will it ever be possible to get it as quiet as the .22 in anyway.

AND WHERE IS YOUR PROOF? It isn't the Falconers that are doing it! There isn't a market for 'stolen' wild birds. It is illegal to sell certain registrable birds without the correct paperwork. I have 'crossed swords' with both you and lab-tastic recently over a similar subject. And as I seem to recall everything went quiet when you were faced with the 'FACTS' regarding white tailed eagles being re-introduced after their demise in at the hands of Keepers and farmers, the last one being shot in 1918! I saw on the telly the other day a load of lurcher boys get done for coursing hares but the lurcher lads know this never happens as if people are fcuking stupid,they shouldnt be doing it regardless.they wouldnt like it if there dogs were shot. now go and think about your post :thumbdown: thats 1 thing i dont have to think about.i fly birds of prey,i have lurchers,terriers,ferrets my fac and sgc and i even going beating in the winter to,as for the lads getting caught hare coursing its there own stupit fault but shooting raptors is and has always been illegal but most of the trigger hap
