Had weejohn off the site down for some ferreting today.the day started off slow but we soon started to catch the bunnys.Heres some pics of the day

Went out last night wi the long nets to a couple of local fields wasnt the best of nights as there wasnt much of a wind but i still managed to bag these 6
Hows things mate,the hob i kept back for myself has turned into a beast too,my long nets (the light green) are 25 yrds and auld salmons are 30 yrds i think.give us a shout and we can arrange a day out
Me and auld salmon had a day out wi the ferrets yest on some new ground he has got,not a bad bit all the sets we done were along hedges but we still managed to get 18 and if i hadnt over done it on the old on friday night we might of had a few more

It all really depends on the hight of the grass for your peg snares but i set mine around the 6-6 1/2 inch mark,as for your fence snares i set mine a couple inches off the ground but by no means am i an expert on snaring theres members on here that can tell you better.
She's looking well have you had the hob out/had his brother out a couple of weeks ago he done the buisness,he killed a bottled up rabbit so hopefully thats put confidence in him
