i cant see how this works, going from cold to printing mut pay havoc on the muscles if there still tight, plus i would see lack of performance, i know when i do pt in the army a warm up is regarded as one of the ost important parts of the session. But if its been done scientificaly then what can i say but, gona tell the pti's now so they cant beast us for 10 mins before the pt starts lol.

I only stared hunting a year ago, and found this site not long back, if it wernt for this forum i would of never kept coming back, ive now bought a better air rifle thanks to people on here, cheers buster. And now boughtmy first lurcher cheers MLB that a year ago would never have thought of buying. I think this is where 90% of people start there hunting and as it is the noobiest way into we will get loads of repeats. But thats just forum life eh lol

ive had two items turn up yesterday. a cup and a alarm clock, lol yeah i know nothing great but tbh it was all i needed. in side the boxes there is nothing to say about returning the item's, but i will be keeping and using till they ask for them back then er they can lol.

wouldnt matter anyways, as i said the pup wasnt inusred. and if it was then i would not tell the vet that but just say dog hit by car etc etc. I know i should have tied the dog in, but i didnt and have now learned my lesson from it. so used to our dog duke big old gsd that once in boot of car cant be arsed to even think about leaving the boot that its never been a problem. Well i can make as many excuses as i want but its done now. and got to deal with it.

before you all start, i know its mainly my fault and i am beat up about it. so please no flaming me. For the last three weeks ive been looking after my mates dog springerXcolley a 9 month pup. Today i was towing my bike into work to use the workshops on camp where i saw one of my lashes come loose. so ive stopped the car and jumped out the car, usualy the dog justs sits on the front seat till i let her know she can come out but toady i jumped out and she springed straight out between my legs and the door was narrow as it was on a road. ive bought knives and tbh i have a habbit of loosing etc was in b&q a while back and saw this folding stanley knife works a treat and when blade gets dull u just change it. skins like a dream.

this reminds me of the old army tale of the ration pack toilet paper, it used to be like tracing paper so if you used it normaly it would should slip half way up your back, so what you did was fold it in to four and rip of the corner so there is a whole in the middle, place your finger through the hole and then proceed to wipe your finger erm cleaning your starfish. once done pull the toilet paper back over your finger and then use the corner to clean under the nail, lets just say thank god when i joined it had cleenex in it.

vizsla are cowards. mate mine isent all viszlas I saw and heard of were cowards. great dogs for birdhunting, no doubt - that's what they were bred for. but when it comes to retrieving a fox that isn't dead yet, you might want to not send the viszla as he will most probably dance around and bark. they retrieve in 99% of the cases the game alive. maybe I got other standards than you, but I would want a dog, that is a bit tougher than a viszla. viszlas also are very sensitive, a loud word can undo 2 weeks of training. if you want a dog for foxing stick to a terrier
