I have a gundog handlers vest with the pockets in the back the only fault is the zips open from top to bottom. There is plenty of room for nets in the back then the front pockets for locator box, knife camera and other bits you may need. Jack pike ones are about £40
Aye but whats the live span of these animal 3/4 years i start my kits slow and i get up to 12 years ferreting out of them ,stoats weasel are hunting younger because they need to but there burnt out and dead in a quarter of the time of ferrets
If I'm selling rabbits I always use a priest,it doesn't bruse any meat round the shoulders and neck where as chinning or stretching them does but each to there own
In the wild stoats,weasels, polecat and mink kits will start hunting as soon as they can, ferrets are no different.Take them out earlie in the season and let them meet some young naive rabbits.
