    a coursing bred be in the lead over a grey in about 600yds in any going ground makes a huge difference you still pop to tracks chart i’ll maybe pop over summer time see how much these whippets have on a coursing bred

    little powerhouses i love watching em on bunny’s full pelt on turns don’t break there stride few lads swear by them have whippet in there saluki x and you can see it in the way they run em all action

    in greyhound racing a fraction of a second counts a length of is massive and i hunt i don’t race mate so it makes a huge difference to me

    depending on coursing bred with a whippet they won’t be much in it for a couple of hundred yards then the coursing bred starts leaving it with a greyhound it will be infront of the coursing bred but not by a lot for 500 yards or so then coursing bred leaves it but seen as we live in england and it’s wet 3/4 of the year and 5 months of the hunting season it’s a none starter ain’t it mans the coursing bred run all day night and multiple times a week which whippet or grey can’t do and are 20 times more hardy then a grey or whippet

    a fast powerful coursing bred they won’t be nothing in it on lead up and real wet land the coursing bred will put the first bend in one the fastest dogs i have ever seen was a deerhound grey it swollowed up the land could reel em in from huge slips but it just never slowed up or learnt to use the speed properly

    a pure saluki would smoke the fastest grey on wet open land on good going which the grey needs after about 500 yds which is nothing when coursing the saluki will leave a grey and even then the grey will only have a few yards for a few hundred meters even nippy whippet on good going they will be tight to a coursing bred but hit arable wet the coursing bred is gone it’s not even close the whippet be 20 lengths after a min

    you get a pure greyhound to slip with a coursing bred on open arable with a 200 yd slip and see what happens

    you are clueless you slip 100 yds on a hare that takes off is doing 40 itself no dogs reeling a strong hare in quick in winter lol of course a pure saluki been clocked 43 mph about 10 mph faster than any whippet and only 2 mph slower then a pure greyhounds record top speed which is 45 mph

    the hiding and that may work for pups for a bit but one that’s a facker will just come find ya keep ten foot off and do it over and over again it’s already 15 month old a shout press vibrate then zap it soon be back to ya after a few goes you wont zap it again

    ? top speed a good one is as fast as out there is i run 3/4 saluki linebred for decades most likely the fastest running dogs there is lol on proper land we’re a hare can put it’s ears back whivh type excels at catching the fastest mammal we hunt ?

    you get a pure grey i’ll run one a mine will give 150 yds on proper land will see if my dogs slow mate lol

    been there mate most are notched in the middle central heating pipes aswell last one i did i had up to run wire for a shower but i put the floorboard the wrong way round but the pipe bent off half way so one end had nail at sides the other in the middle so when i tapped it down the nail went threw lol
