the same reason mine are because i eat red meat normal amounts with exercise won’t be an issue
i eat carbs but whole grain now again potatoe veg
but wake up to cereal sugar on load a goody’s and pizza for dinner
5 packs a crisp for a snack then tea donnar in pitta extra cheesy chips
then late night couple a sandwiches
washed down all day with 20 cans a coke
carbs ain’t to good. lol
