keeping down inflammation between sessions is one thing repair your body healing is another ive tried both on injury’s taken me months to get right one point over a year heat works a lot better in getting movement and healing

you say that ice water works gnash ? what benefits do they have im just talking when ive been injured i was always told cold helps straight away to stop blood flow help swelling and inflammation stay down but to heal recover you want heat that opens up let’s blood flow to the area repair you quicker ive always done the same with dogs aswell
