To be honest mate 6 month after me heart attack I was struggling couldn't walk far take me 5 hour to.complete an hours walk around a few fields fens said grab a thermal help.you out it did that and alot more A thermal will get you runs let you know if anyone is within a mile radius let you look at farms before you walk around them big land its a must Things store on all sorts not just the internal memory on it
