What in your opinions is the best time for shooting rabbits, I normally set out about 8pm this time of year and work till after dark. Just wondered others preference...

The local butcher does mine on a grinder then finishes with a steel. I can sharpen a chisel or block plain blade on an oil stone but can't for the life of me do a knife on one.

It's 18mm ply was scraps lying around at work. I'm going to have a go at making a bow back on i'll post some pics and let you know how it goes.

Horrible b*****ds i hate rats, nice shooting by the way. The biggest i have ever killed was a brown water rat about the size of a small cat, shoot nicely with a cross bow.

Just remember shagging old women is like eating pork pies, first you nipple of the crust, then suck out the jelly and finally reveal the meat. But as for lube can't go wrong with after sun works well and soothes any burning.

Selling a carp holdall, good condition hardly used, can fit in a bivvy and rods loads of pockets. £15 ono or swap for air rifle slip or ferreting equipment. Cheers.
