  1. Does it help to place some of there stools in a litter tray then place in which corner of your court you want them to use ???
  2. If theres plenty room in the sleeping area it should work out alright but are all the jills due roughly the same time as if theres a big time differnce you might lose the smallest kitts
  3. Trap the burrows and snares there working 24/7 for you and if its near the motorway they wont stop there cars to lift your traps etc
  4. When ive had two of mine together and ones had kitts and the others not due for a week or so there not been a problem but maybe the maternal instincts kick in .It might no work out if your second jills not preggers ,You can only try it and see and still time to get a second litter out a jill if the worst happens
  5. This might help you but i think they might be a bit big for you I bought two pair of fox trousers From The Sportsman Gun Centre £9.99 a pair but they stung me for £6.00 P+P only thing is they only had 3xl left elasticated waist so i just put a belt round them to hold them up .The only bad point ive found is theres studs on the large pockets on the thighs and ive had these ripped off already caught them on wire and the pulled off but for a ten spot

  9. My thought are roughly the same about Mckay ive spoken to him a couple of times at the midlands and he comes across as a bit of a knob but he knows his stuff .But nothing's ever written in stone in the ferreting game
  10. Very nice bag of rabbits there
  11. Some folk might think there okay feeding them in the evening during the summer time compared to dry food probably works out about the same price wise
  12. Just reading some of the back posts on here i wasn't sure if some folk where using them as a odd treat or the main part of there ferrets diet but i wont use them .Ive a freezer full of rabbits and when i get near the bottom i will top it up by lamping and the odd crow or pigeons from a days decoying
  13. Found this on James Mckay's Ferret keeping video i knew there was a good reason for not feeding day old chicks They lack calcium and that can cause hypocalcemia and this effects the bone growth so if they are fed to pregnant or nursing jills then the young can be totally deformed and cant walk around properly and they don't have feathers it is fluff and it can aggrivate the mucus membrane in the throat.
  14. Do you think farmers will pay folk to use them on big burrow /problems area whats the going rate for a day with a Rodantor .And most amateurs need the bag of rabbits at the end of the day to help with costs etc
  15. A young rabbit is a fine sized meal for a jill with small kitts ,till the kitts get to 4/5 weeks weeks of age and can polish off a full grown rabbit or two in a day
  16. Ive been putting garlic flakes in the water bowls in the run and i cant remember the last time i saw a flea on one of the dogs but they still get the odd tick
  17. These clowns see there animals as children substitues like briteny and paris hilton then wonder why the animals crack up and bite them F*cking looneys
  18. How do you work that one out? They are just out the egg and killed never had time to build muscles etc so whats there food value NONE plus the fluff can irritate the ferrets throat
