  4. Hi Duncan I can only say how I see it,I have met them and dealt with them, on more than 4 occassions, the internet does have a lot of bull sh itt ers and alot of keyboard ghosts, who seem to pick on people or businesses as a bit of fun,in other words they jump on the bandwagon. The business side of things I don't ask as its none of my concern ,but as a customer and someone who has had a good service from 2 genuine lads,if they were conmen, they would have cut and run, but they have stayed and provide a good service, those who know me know I tell the truth and I dont mess about. If It was,t
  5. It all depends on what you can afford, Howa, Sako, Tikka, Remmington, the rifle is only a bit of the costs, then you need a moderator, and of course a good scope, Whatever you decide, read alot about the subject, especially the quality of your purchase, I have used several rifles and my preference is sako or Tikka But thats my take on it, see what they preform like, they all shoot accurately out of the box

  10. Yes as above I am glad I have read about decoying and met the aswell, they are two of the nicest blokes you could meet, very genuine and honest. I hope all the blaggers on here are ready to get their eyes wiped lol All I am going to say on this matter is "DONT ALWAYS BELIEVE EVERYTHING THAT YOU READ OR HEAR" "I was told a saying many years ago, when Believe everything that you see and half of what you hear" never a truer saying in life keep your eyes open and be ready for a shock
  11. good luck to you mate sad to see you leave the sport
  12. The traders also get hit hard in the pocket by the organisers, last I heard they pay by the sq ft I was told it was £10 per sq ft but the food sellers there prices are something rediculous £2-3k per show. Now bearing in mind these traders have also got to gain over £1000 before they even sell anything just to cover their costs. times are hard and getting harder
  13. leeview, fair point, what if the admission was £50 the same as football gate prices at say man U .......... would you still be paying .for the game fair ...honest answer please :hmm:
  14. In this economic climate with gas electric prices through the roof, people losing jobs left right and center, wages you earn being spent on essentials Admission price just to enter a game fair at £15 in advance or £17 on the day. is it worth it ??? I wont be going this year. Most of the usual people I go to the show with are staying away aswell do you think Ian Harford at countryman fairs will lower the game fair prices if you boycott this year Its not just the show goers not happy with the admission but also the traders aswell what are your thoughts

I havent bought one but have seen one used the light from the beam can be changed from a very intense tight beam giving a very bright light as far as you can possibly see beam, to a wide torch like beam that is useable for the price I dont think they are worth it,but my opinion was only after seeing it being used for 5 minutes. I shall let you know more when I am out next, and if the ND3 makes an appearance
