  7. my beddie grey whippets coat has always been very fine but recentlyIve noticed its got finer and quite bald underneath Im becoming concerned for her as shes still relatively a young dog .I know this quite common in this cross can it be treated or is it merely genetic ?

  12. I was wondering what the best type of lurcher would be for hares pre ban of course , the fields where I live are small to medium sized I have become a bit delusioned by some so called good hare dogs failing in these tight fields. A lot of these hares are lossed through hedgerows stripwoods and fences a lot of other people must have experianced this in other parts of the country .
  13. we picked a pup up from that guy in cumbria they are lovely pups .
  14. had a great day and the crack was good great way to spend a sunday morning the dogs done well .
  15. Todays technology has made things ten times easier for the terrierman with locators like the bellman and flint I would say a must for a terrier going to ground . many of these earths can be treacherous and very dangerous places for a dog as you know with risks of earths collapsing geting stuck and thats before it has to deal with its quarry.I personally would not dream of putting a dog to ground without a locator allthough some people claim to do this I cant see how it would be possible to get a mark to dig to as you know even with a locator you can dig for hours and still be off course. Many
