There's nothing to worry about if you've done nothing wrong. Rules are plastered all over this site. You'll find its others who grass to the police, RSPCA. Il be the judge of that fella ive saw posts on here of people saying there gona grass there next door neighbours up for this and that my mate got fired off here for putting a joke on that wasnt really that offensive so that comment you just sed was buckwar I'm sure you will and all the best with it. Mods were patrolling well on that particular day then. Maybe not offensive to you and your friend, but obvious

Your losing me now, my tiny brain is trying to keep up but i'm just not getting it? Banksy????? Right i refered to "office hours" to Swampy, who is a fan of the great grafiti artist "Banksy" look at his avatar. Banksy is undetected so to speak, and is famous for his art of drawing rude Police Officers. So it was not meant for you. So that makes me right. So i see, i stand corrected. I am not worthy Hey, we all get it wrong at times. However you were right about all your teachers saying that you were speacial.

Me first! Me first! Me First! I like the honesty. What have you learnt then?

I could be wrong but I think the right to a fair trial has been around for far longer than the human rights act, since magna carta if I'm not mistaken? Statute and Common law. Right to a fair trial does not only apply to courts of law but also to other courts, tribunals or decision making processes involving an individual’s private rights. Also Legal Aid is warrented. I believe its called civil law. there is also criminal law. You can be tried by both or either. Either way you atre entitled to fair trial. Nothing whatsoever to do with the human rights act which I think only

I don't have a problem with any of these..............however at what point does someone stop being "human" If you commit an inhumane act or attack the principles of the act then surely you should be exempt from it? rgds swampy Ninging in the dock That seems the sensible option however we are in the UK, and we have the oldest law. Common and Statute Law. Common being substantive law and procedural rules that have been created by the judges through decisions in cases in which they have heard. Statute Law refers to law that has been created by Parliament in the form

There are 16 Human Right Acts, 6 of them apply to Huntley. The 1ST on is the important one. The right to life. Yes he took two away, so he should be punished? In what way? I can only imagine. 2nd Act, Freedom from torture and degrading treatment. Lads this has been breached several times. and may this continue... So, if any of these rights and freedoms are breached, *untley has a right to an effective solution in law, even if the breach was by someone in authority. The right to a fair trial.
