    Yes it does sound a lot dosent it but I didnt tell you im out every morning and night so she gets more than the chance, Didnt fancy having the hassle of a litter to be honest its just if i bred from mine ive only got to find a decent dog as theres loads a crap out there.

    Hi All I Have a working Bedlington (flat backed full of fun not the poodle/lamb type) I bought her off of a working Bedo man from Halifax so I know its bred into her Ive got this hunting stuff under my nails now as shes GRABBED about 3 dozen rabbits(daytime) from out of the hedge bottoms and is only 18mnths. HOWEVER i want a Lurcher to run for her now Do I breed with her> and what with ie Whippet Greyhound or some sort of Lurcher . or do I buy in as Im looking for something about 22" as a bitch pup. With her being the flat back would she be ok for the Beddy/whippet cross

    A Mate of mine feeds nothing but fresh meat (all hes hunted) raw eggs from his Chickens. and he does very well. My next door neighbour gives me Duck eggs inwhich i cant stand :sick: Ive tryed giving them to my bitch but it just makes her Shite Rock hard and Black Now I Lob em Havent got the heart to turn em down :whistle:

    Hi I have A Bedlington thats come from A very good working strain. She has a Flat Back A good Head and is Chocolate in Colour. She Looks a little like Swansea Jacks Strain But she wasnt from Swansea she was from Halifax. But all the people that I See with Bedlingtons are all none working strain and all Poodle (Lamb type)Looking and I keep getting the Question asked. "Are you sure its a Bedlington"?     Been interested in a Hancock lurcher myself The thing is if he says its 1/2 Border1/2 Greyhound Then you can bet your life it is but if you buy from fred in a shed then it can have 1/8 summit in it or anything. 5 yrs ago I was looking for a Straight Jack Russel and I must have looked at 5 litters and when i got there i got "Theres a bit of Border in the Bitches Grandfather". or "The Sires mam is 1/4 Lakie" In The end I gave up.

    Hi All Lurcher men This is my story I used to Lamp "n" Course but never dug. Im not taking anything off anybody but I never took any quarry I couldnt eat. I had a Saluki x Greyhound and a Bedlington x Whippet until some kind people took them off me one afternoon (KNICKED THEM)while i was out discussing the morning walk that we,d had. However after 2 yrs of not having a animal near the house the wife talked me into buying a pup.     All my dogs have part Lakeland in them, Yogi is bred out of Tango/Rusty both were 3/4 Bed 1/4 Lakeland, same breeding diff litter Bron/Cochyn Jack is out of Yogi and a bitch from Halifax again same lines. . Bitch on left has border/lakeland in her make up bred in Halifax. Bitch on right is full sister to Tango (3/4 Bed 1/4 Lakeland).
