Pic 5 n 6 is that a beardie cross then ??? God Im Confused as it looks like its got Border Markings with a Beardie coat Dont jump down my throat anyone but im the sort to get involved in something im interesting in buying as i cant make my mind up weather to go for a collie cross (if so Beardie or Border) (or even both) To be Honest ive always been a Beddie x whippet man with my other Lurchers that were stolen 4 yrs ago and since then ive banged about 3 stone on and become good on the pc but i want to get back into my Lurcher ways Im Looking for a allrounder Faithfull daytime dog.

I actually visited Hancock and asked him the difference about this question And his answer was absolutley no difference at all but if you stood on Beachy head with a beardie one side and a Border the other and you jumped the Border would jump with you. But both make brilliant dogs, PLEASE PLEASE DONT LET ME START A HANCOCK WAR ON HERE AS EVERYTIME HES MENTIONED OR SOMEONE MENTIONS THE WORD COLLIEXGREYHOUND ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE. Im actually after a Lurcher at the moment in time and ive looked into the Collie x Greyhound type but Im confused weather to go beardie or Border. Im not neccesaryly

Come on Ladies!!!!! Hes a Newbie asking a question He wants a Beddie x Whippet so why not help him in what he needs to be looking for in that pup Yes the Whippet can have poor Feet and yes the Terrier can open up sometimes but hes asking what to look for in his desired breed of Lurcher. Not for you lot to have a bar room brawl. Its like being down my local on a sunday dinner. The countrymans weekly is your best bet or use the search box at the top of the page and type "pups" into that Theres someone in there with some Beddie Whippet x Beddie Greyhound pups these may make slightly bigge

Hi All Im going on my Holls in my Touring Caravan soon for a fortnight. I normally Take my Beddie but last time i took her she barked when left alone. When I say left alone I dont mean for all day or even 30 mins. I mean while We walk round the site with the kids on there bikes (And Im not talking hot days here as im no Cruel Lad). The trouble is The dog had to be with us 100% if we all went for a shower at the same time ie Missus took one kid and I took the other she barked and we had hassle when we returned. Do them Collars Work?? Trouble is the Kennels want £150 for the fortnight in

Pidge Does your your missus try and discipline the dog her self? Does she allow it to take the piss? No She does try to disipline the dog but she does back down when it growls. I obviously dont back down but the dog has never growled at me (as i dont think the dog could stand the headache if it did) And it knows it. Were not talking about a nasty dog here folks just a slight behaviour prob on the dogs half but as many of you have said it prob sees its self above the wife The other night we tryed a test. The dog lay with me on the settee and the plan was for me to have fallen asleep

Hi All Got a little Problem the Beddie keeps growling at the missus. (None of the get rid of the missus jokes) I have a 7yr old Daughter inwhich there like Lasssie & co.they go everywhere together round the house and garden together and the Daughter carries her to bed and some times when they play fight its the Daughter i have to tell to be steady. She works well (the beddie) and it would break the little girls heart if i was to get rid. I also have a 1yr old little boy and the dogs very calm towards him she lets him go up close and she dosent murmer. But the problem is while im

They are a good Camera but if you want one to take hunting with you do you really want something the size of an SLR swinging round your kneck. Personally I use the Fuji F30 which is slightly cheaper and takes just as good pics and fits ok in your trouser pocket :thumbs-up: :thumbs-up: http://www.fujifilm.co.uk/digital/cameras/range.php?tnav
