    The sires is out of Strike while the irons hot put to little black mollie The dam is out of Jake lord of the night put to meg Mike brown's dogs. My young pups sire was 'Strike while the irons hot'(GLEN) and the dam was 'Jenny's Lass'(MEG)...... Hi I know this is draggin up the past but i wondered how this dog had turned out as im about to get one the exact same as this.any pics now and how tall did it make??

    mikey brown whippet - 13 months. bought the dog at 7 mth old from someone who had him from mikey brown. very good lamping and ferreting dog. got a good nose on him. all round good dog.     Hi Has anyone got any pics of these dogs and any opinions. Hancock always seems to get Hammered on here but Ive not heard anyone knocking Mike Brown.     Your on about price of pups i know what you mean my mate bought a peddie spaniel 5 yrs ago as his boy plaged his eyes out and its trained to gun and everything now his lad dosent look at it and he cant give it away and he paid over 400 for it 5 yrs ago

    200 beans Nice. I thought hancock charges 175? Or is this hancock lines off someone else? Not sure about stud fees. He is quite a nice chap though, give him a ring on 01213537170 and ask him. He charges the same for all his pups @ £200.     13 inch to the shoulders to be honest she does do the stuff and the kids love her so i suppose thats that. trouble is it goats me when im out and people ask me what she is and i just say beddie x I Know theres more beddie than anything else but when someone approaches you with 2 bedlingtons its hard to explain "weve all got the same dog" To br fair the pic dosent do her justice as she needs a trim

    Hi I own a Proper Working Beddie (Flat back type) and she does her stuff to the utmost and im interested in getting a Lurcher (Beddie x whippet) Do I put her to a whippet or get a pup in. Will the pups be too stodgy as shes not the roach backed type.in fact i think theres a touch of Lakie in there as if you read the terrier forum shes the same type as "Swansea Jack Breeds". I got her from Nicky from Halifax Has anyone tryed this Beddie x Whippet way or would you leave it to the roach back type.? Im Looking to breed her as I want a pup is anyone out there interested in the to be pups to be

    Hi all PLEASE PLEASE lets not start another Slagin Hancock war. But has anybody got any pics of his 5/8th x 3/8th Beardie/Border crosses I am interested in this cross off him for my own reasons and nobody elses . Yes I know hes a puppy pedlar and shouldnt be encouraged but IM interested in this cross off him . Has anybody got any Rough or smooth coated dogs of this cross out there and can I get any feedback from anyone. I hear the Rough coated Blue merle of this cross is quite Rare (am i right)???

    Hi All Wondered if any of you Whippet Lads can help here?? Yesterday I picked my Brother up for work and he told me his £400 Pedigree Whippet had ,had a little scuffle with his other dog Sunday night and then in the next 5 mins it was dead??????? The dogs didnt even bite each other my Bro stopped it straight away. Are these proned to Heart attacks???? Regards Pidge

    Theres a Dash Of Lakie in there somewhere I think She was 3 last Crimbo I like the Lakie bit in her as i think it gives her a better coat shes not too curly like the prissy ones and the coats thicker.

    Is your pup one of Hectors half crosses and if so he must be getting into adulthood by now how tall has he made and how old is he Ive been to Hancocks for a nosey and I cant make my mind up for Beardie or Border.

    Hi all the Beddie Bitch is due to come in season in the next few months. Has anyone got any decent working stud dogs out there. Theres only one rule no Bull prefer Whippet or Whippet x Grey really but will pay and travel for right dog. No Offence to the Bull lads and lasses but I personally dont prefer them in my mating to my Beddie. Shes the proper stuff from Nicky in Halifax, Not the peddie Roach back prissy show thing. Her Prey drive is unbelievable and has a coat to match. I Live in Derbyshire but will travel as the mating is to keep a pup for my self
