dont discredit me on my talent then !! what you asked for was beyond my ability at that time i was honest about it . looks like i was not the only one !!!!! £300 wont cover it either ask stuat mitchel to drop a weeks work for you, see what that costs because he is the only maker i know taking on that work type . mine arnt custom either there hand made / bench made /bladesmithed . i wonder if all the excuses where down to your attitude ? you seem to think your doing everyone a favor .........

thanks paul you and alot of other guys have been a tower of support and have been a huge help to me and what iv tried to do . i think you have hit the nail on head there paul . i have so much materials for pattern welding and damascus it might be nice to just gently work through that instead ! as a past time or something . -

iv done it in the past but it never seemed to matter , when i first sold the blanks that these are made of the lengths widths etc where stated . to be honest lads iv about had enough of it , nothing ever seems to improve its allway "when i get this it will be better" grinders, forges, website ,makers marks list goes on and im not making any money so cant afford to do it . so yeah im gonna finnish the commission i have on the bench and have a long think if this is what i want to do . there certainly going to start costing what it cost me to make + my skilled time . i get some weird pms of p -

no it will scratch it up . wd40 vegatble oil etc there easy to find and B%Q sell very fine wire wool . a tooth brush and some tooth past will also do it . failing that you can send it over to me and i will sort it for you . you 4 are on the bench masaic lanyard tubes ready all the handle and sheath materials to and they will need a buf and etch .

yep i did a winged flemish spear head for a guy who hunts boar all over the world , there really hard to make so not planning any more like that , but i can do them . iv made loads of arrowheads , and fired them from compound bows , there nothimng like as stable as the new CNC made ones tho . i would imagine from traditional bows /flat bows they would be better with heavy arrows . but yep there something i could make up , even in damascus ! -
i bred some years ago , they did everything asked and more from what im told . we are planning a mating to our english bull bitch spring next year . the mrs and i hunt a dog pup out of our bitch and he is improving as a young dog but has become more and more usful ! , his two sisters 18month apart are very agressive with carcases etc but as yet not seen anything , the younger of the two is a headbanger and will be expected to earn her keep . so i feel we have the bull side covered just want the right whippet to got over her in the spring . not really wanting to breed lurchers more fast bull

hello guys its a long shot but im looking for some shooting permission in nottinghamshire/lincolnshire rifle, air rifle and shotgun . just any vermin etc .if you know of anyone or aproachable land owners can you let me know please . im not able to offer work in exchange as im to busy with my ownwork and business , i just need the stress releif . im going to ask around local this week but anything considered . all the best , matt

nice work !! i envy you lads i cant get more than 2 fields of permission ! and i have to share that with my land lord who is an ex army major who is not impressed as he pays to shoot the same land because the syndicate have sporting rights , i was lucky i got all that shooting for free as the farmer wanted the vermin contolled !! i bloody hate nottinghamshire its so uptight ! there is a few roe on there , iv never taken one and would love the opertunity , but i dint enjoy the paids stalking i did as sitting in a high seat infront of a field full of deer and not being able to take one as id -

yeah thats the same one ben , `i did a fair bit of grinding after you left , i did my damscus to and some flat grind fieldcrafters. it terned out well , i dont think it looks as big as it is on the photos . i just walked past it a moment ago and it made me grin ha ha -

this one is spoken for as a budget no tears if lost knife !! i call it here piggy piggy ! ! its got some substance , look at that false edge !! sharp to .. this thing must be 8mm thick file forged by hand has a tapered tang as thats the shape the file was luckily !! -
