ive worked in drainage all my adult life and still do and one thing i can tell you is soak aways only work for so long,one day you will have problems,i can guarantee you that, so if you have no access to a foul drain,then i'd do what gte suggested and put a channel drain into a septic tank and empty as necessary or fit a submersible
