I think it works like a racing pigeon if a pigoen is more than 50 yards away from its owners house its classed as wild pigoen an the cat was on your land but get rid of the body nothing can be done your word against his chum

The way i work it is slip what is in front of you and if your dog turns it thats a slip your dog should have every chance of a lift then and doesnt mater what the ground is an if your dog nose were the rabbits heading you need more permission to hunt lol

Went out for a few hours the night my pup lifted 3 rabbits an my mates dog pocketrockets big 1/4 bull dog got his first big dog fox single handed this season couple of pictures
