All greyhounds are related in 12/13 generations and if the collie is that far back then the effect it has is going to be negligible to say the least, a lot of British and Irish bred greyhounds now contain the blood of imported Australian sires and Dams the same as most of the Australian lines carry the blood of British and Irish lines and more and more carry US lines the greyhound industry is Global and good bloodlines soon find their way around the world
