    no it aint the best rabbiting dogs for last hundered years have been collie xs thats not a valid argument sorry mate. 1. lamping hasnt been about 100 years. 2. salukis werent avalible in england 100 years ago to breed lurchers. all the boys used to use staghounds to course hares 40 years ago and know every seriouse course man owns a saluki x dog FACT. They dont use bow and arrow anymore they use guns, times move on ! saying that there are some excellent collie crosses still about for the rabbit man.

BC. my pup is doing good mate,shes got it all before her and shes showing good sighns ill give her the best i can,as long as she gives 100% ill be happy. i think ill be lucky to get a dog like the rammy rocket again to be honest tho she was one in a million! heres a picc of her, all the best.     this is the problem with this site. firstlie if you called me a dick to my face id leave you a right off. secondlie i asked for advice. as far as possible i try to treat my dogs myself and a lot of the times you can. of course a ferrtes diffrent to a dog jus the same as a dogs diffrent to a race horse in value and a persons diffrent to a race horse in regards to the levels of treatment youd give. thanks for your help all the best you big man. thats rich coming from you with your past comments about northerns and jocks.get it to a vet or chap it on the head. to be honest i like norte

    little jills coming out of season naturalie after course of old anti biotics and like brand new, i think ill spend the money i saved at the vets to buy a big bag to put all the rabbits in what i catch this season while all you know it alls who gave me stick will be cuddling and kissing your PET ferrets n ur PET 2 bob lurchers at home on your computers. thank you for all your kind words of advice.

    youll have to simplyfie your breeds a bit. eg mine would be saluki greys even though there certanlie not exactlie that cross.

    same here, more colliexs do it but just shows they are not the only x to do it. I think it comes from to many misses on rabbits when young. Dont think it stop now, but the lesson from it try to make sure they catch with every run on rabbits when young, if you dont think they will catch from the slip (dont slip).???? it aint that cause she aint missed that many even when young she caught alot more than she missed,surely its a good thing walking up as close as they can so they dont use unnessasary energy when going for big numbers,it just pisses you off when your standing there using all yo

    my little brother has two jills ones come out of season fine the others vent has become swollen red and has a bit of yellow discharge which could perhaps be dirty sawdust it picked up shes fine in every other way. i dont need any smart comments about jill jabs or cage hygene just helpful advice please. i was thinking of a course of some left over cat antibiotics (smaller dose obviouslie) i could gat hold of. id rather not get bolted up by a vet for a tenners worth of ferret. thank you.

    if you stand still a dog will never run into you. they love flying by as close as pos. all the times iv seen a dog run into someone is when the person is scared and moved into the path of the dog. theres so many do gooding pricks on here. why would a dog want to hit you at 30 mile an hour, wouldnt that hurt a dog more !!!

    thats the kind of reply i was after tomo name the fact and the breeding.youv all miss understood about the bull xs. the reason i said no bull crosses bover is in my expereince of seing loads of real coursing animals is none were strait bull crosses. sure rambo had bull in him and if you looked at most coursing dogs lines there not always just saluki greys and theres bedlington, collie, deerhound even hound (apperantlie in j.ds ladeys case) and yes bulls back many generations. but these are a world away from the people saying my big headed fox cruncher who if the truth be told would do very wel

    for the coursing boys. Between mid september and mid febtuary and in broad daylight whats the most brown hares killet in 1 day by a single dog.Dont have to be yard starts could have been all kick ups just intrested to know. dont need to hear people saying its not numbers not sport bla bla.

    16 and 15 consecutive nigths a week apart with a 19 inch lurcher x bed whippet. cant say iv run in a night round here ever, well in a week actually the amount of rabbits about last year.
