Clearly not enough most of them get a test near to a comp hardly any testing out out of season so to speak.and mainly urine testing.the industry that I work in does random drug testing and alcohol testing.every new employee in his interview is asked to go and pee in a pot. and if they know they will fail they simply ask a straight head to piss in a latex glove and knot the top.then it's kept down the pants to maintain the correct body temp.urine testing is a joke especially in the boxing game were people can sustain serious damage or even death.

If today's pro boxers were tested 5/6 times a year for peds like the UFC fighters are it would clean the game up 1 hell of a lot.and we would have more natural boxers fighting from there sheer determination and will power natural conditioning and natural toughness. But it ain't going to happen any time soon as there like other sports to much money going around.

  12. I only walk of road so to speak db grass and heather type ground I do wear decent boots and thick socks but them gel insoles sound like they are worth a try.

I will look into getting some of them gel insoles matt.i do get them Wether wearing trainers wheelies or boots.but thinking about it.they are worse when I'm wearing trainers.@ Fuji yea I will just trying pushing on mate.its very annoying though when you want to keep racking the miles up. @ deer man I've tried manning up mate lol.but my shins just kind of lock up and go super stiff and get loads of strong pain.

  19. I spent a few yrs working away on road jobs.and use to buy a cheap caravan and pitch It on a local farm for about £30 to £60 a week.thats with electric.

I've suffered from them for as long as I can remember.and the last few weeks I've started to put the miles in walking the mountains in my valley. but my shins hurt so much that I've got to keep stopping and it's getting annoying as my calf's and lungs feel good and I want to keep on walking.ive tried loosening my boot laces which helps a little bit.does anyone else suffer from them and is there a way to deal with them.ie stretching or cold water after walking or deep heat etc. Cheers king.
