i used to have a habit of swallowing tinned whole plum tomatoes with a breakfast without biting them..weird i know lol.

after the bean's. so it's more of a fried bean's on toast type of thing going on deep in the pan..very interesting..

i hope you chuck the beans in the frying pan at the end to soak up all that lovely flavoured fat. or you could really treat yourself and add a few drops of magic in a bottle.to the bean's.about 8 drop's per half tin is the recommended amount..

we had 1 with about 5 layers to it. thing's cook at different time's. so trying to work out what goes at the bottom and what goes on the top tier. was way to stressful.threw it in the bin.. pressure cooking is the way to go...

small pressure cookers are so great, rice 4 mins, potatoes 3 min if cut. lentals take longer depending on type 10 to 20 mins, and so much more. veggies 2 to 3 mins! I adore pressure cooking and have 3 sizes!

i grew up in my grans house in a welsh valley from 4/18 mate.no central heating.couldn't see through the thin single pain of the bedroom window in winter it was full of that frost pattern.,and breathing steam from your breath while in bed.proper cold. but think back in the day they had wells to draw water.the water course didn't have any chemicals running into it. the water was pure. in the country side sanitation wouldn't be a problem really. i allways remember my mate telling me.that when he was a kid he would walk into his grans street and he could smell the beef she was cook

i wonder what it was like 200yr ago shark. surely all this crop spraying and processed food aint helped. and i often think of the odd time you spot a man or woman who you maybe see once every 6 month's or so who is beaming with health and is just glowing. you dont see them that often. but sometime's you notice someone who just stand's out from the whole town. and no not model looking people.just your average build of person.. maybe we were all looking like that back in the day... but today's living culture has ruined us... and as the old saying goes.

my 5/8 grey.3/8 dog didn't fully mature till 3yr old.he's flying now ? he done something very subtle at 3yr old in the garden.and i knew straight away.. you are spot on shark paitence... -
