Jetro/ted/arry/baldcoot Thanks for the posts lads. I'm out of likes.some great info there though.its put my mind at ease a fair bit. It is quite sobering when the doctor said you need to be on medication for the near future or beyond. It shakes you up a bit I will admit that.

That's exactly what I have now smelling McDonald's food. That smell turns my stomach.when the wife gets 1 now and again for the kids I put the bag by my feet in the car I haven't had 1 for about 6 months. But gutting game I'm fine. I will get get smoking knocked on the head soon mate.

It is boredom and having free hands so to speak. If I'm in a dump truck I smoke flat out But in a dozer or digger where both hands are busy all day I hardly smoke.
