    Ah my mistake I didn't realise you had been to see the physio.i thought you were just doing stretches and exercises etc.. What did he say was wrong with your back..

    Maybe the best way is to hold back on any stretches and exercises untill you have been diagnosed properly. Clearly something has moved or out of line etc and you doing what you think is beneficial to your back is the wrong approach so to speak. See what the physio says first they will tell you what exercises and stretches will benefit you.. You got to look after your back..
