its hard to judge ,just on what youve put up on here,but ,and im only trying to help,i just watched youre video of youre dogs,and i dont know if it was you or youre cousin but 4 times one of the dogs jumps on to one of you,and i couldnt see any sort of repremand, to be honest they look really well but from that video they look like they need a bit more discipline,and control,you asked and from what ive seen ,thats what it looks like. i hope that helps.

the best working knife you can get for the money is an opinel.theyre basic but high carbon take an edge and keep it a long time,and 2 minutes on a wetstone and theyre razor sharp again,and they only cost a few quid.if you want somthing more expensive get a forged knife,not one ground out of a blank. they look good but thats about it.
