  8. hi i would visit the transport police staition, let them know the pupose of your journey. and if your gun slip has a hole on the zip like they do on a suit case by a lock and lock it up, this is what i do to & from my permissions. hope this helps regards davy Sound advice.....

    If I were you a trip to your local gunshop with your rifle is called for and ask them to put it over a chronograph just to see how much power it is putting out and after that you can go from there. Good luck Coney.

  12. Loved the one on the S300...some were slightly OTT for my taste but even so they all must have been a real "labour of love" and the guy is still a true craftsman...nice one.

Not just saying this because I own one but for the money the HW100 is a safe bet I have had many a rifle both cheaper and more expensive but for the sheer ease of use and the performance it's a tough one to beat. Have had many a rabbit with mine in the last x3 months as some of the lads can vouch for and not one bit of bother with it. Reliable, accurate, easy to use and a pleasure to shoot...German engineering at it's best and another winner from the Weihrauch stable. If these were not available it would be the AA S410 in carbine/walnut stock....but they are have a look!! Happy hun
