Got to agree with sean on his post regarding who's using the gun, I know of lads with £50 quid rifles who have took more game than most people I know and without massive scopes, bipods or ultra quiet silencers. A hell of a lot is down to an individuals "field craft" and enthusiasim in my books but on the flip side of the coin I've also seen new lads to the sport picking up a £300 + PCP and descimating everything in sight after a couple of outings. I've been fortunate enough to have been able to enjoy the sport for over 20 years and accompanied many a good airgunner on countless hunting trips

I've had both a "Hills" pump and a recently aquired a "Faber" 300bar 15ltr bottle, there is nothing wrong with a stirrup pump in my eyes as long as it has a partical/moisture trap fitted ( my opinion only ) as with the best will in the word without these devices fitted as standard or as "add ones" both moisture/particals may enter the air cylinder on your gun and could cause damage. Whereas a diving cylinder offers up "clean air" and is a lot less labour intensive than the stirrup pump. However the choice is up to you and your budget but I am sure you will choose what is best for your needs...

Just got in and thought I'd post these from last nights mooch, got up to one of our regular shoots around 6.00 ish and a couple of hours later had these three in the bag. The weather was still warm and the light was perfect for a steady walk out with the gun so away I went, walked for around 3/4 of a hour before I bagged the first the second followed shortly after. On the way back to the car I spotted the third half way up a steep enbankment so decided to sit and wait, patience paid off it was'nt long before it broke cover for a late afternoon feed...unlucky a well placed head shot from around
