I have tried many scopes over the years some cheap and some very expensive and until last year would'nt think twice on lashing out £150 quid plus on a set of scopes, but a very experianced shooting friend of mine told me to try JS Ramsbottoms. Probably two of the most talked about guns for a long time both fantastic pieces of kit and as many experianced people have replied to your post on the pros + cons of both guns I would recommend that you get a hold of both guns and see how they feel, only you will know and believe me you will as soon as you get hold of the right one. Nigel Allen is the publisher for both Airgunner and Air gun world so this leads me to the conclusion that both mags are from the same people and contain more or less the same adds, and each quotes more or less the same each time they review a new gun/product. I don't know about anyone else but the last time I bought one of these mags a good % was advertisements and definately not worth the cover price. However I have to agree with you gilly-1993 I did prefer Airgunner to Airgun world.
