    Good night for a little spin with the lamp tonight, so i offered to take the girlfrind out with us for a look so she could see what its all about. arrived at the field and within 10 feet of entering it there was a rabbit squatting nicely in the grass, i was just about to let the dog off, when from behind me i heard the girlfriend cry "look, look theres a rabbit there" at the top of her voice , to which i replied "i knew the rabbit was there, the dog knew the rabbit was there, and now the effing rabbit runnng for the horizon knows we are there also" never mind another 100 yards and w

    to be fair, i cant fault the beam, but 3 times when we came upon bigger stuff, it decided to pack in right at the crucial time, i was seriously very close to crying i swore lastnight i was going to buy a different set up, but ive put it to an agricultural mechanic today so he can try and re-wire it with some heavy duty stuff. hopefully it will be sorted now

    i think ill have to get it re wired, why is the plug heating up? i assume this is causing the fuses to blow?

    was out a wander on some new permission last night moving with game and four times in a row the lamp died at the vital point just as i was about to slip the dog, to say i was f*****g livid is an understatemant!! my question is, the cigar butt would be hot to touch and the fuse in the batterey pack kept on blowing, what could be wrong with it? (im crap at these things) off to get it looked at today but im seriously considering just buying a different set up as ive lost confidence in the lightforce rigs, if its not one thing its another!!!

    it can be done minshaws blue 104 rabits 1 hare and one fox. minshaw are the best dogs in the country. (keep away from saluki or you will be lucky to kill ten on the lamp thats with a good one) lol my saluki based pup killed more than that at 10 months old

    the solder on my female connector came undone lastnight on my lighfore lamp pack, what is the new part i need to order from deben called so i dont order the wrong thing? i had to cut it up and do a bit of diy in the field to get it working to run a couple of rabbits for the ferrets, bloody hot fingers holding bare wire to metal for 10 mins

    So it killed a song bird, a pity yes, but theres probably thousands of cats doing the same right now as i type, its not the end of the world is it? the lads proud of his pup, and obviuosly not experianced the likes before, hopefully he will now move onto bigger and better things.
