  6. "bob the bunny basher bashes bunnies" i'm sure the anti's would love that on a campaign title. why help them? make them come up with their own slogans.
  7. this may be considered too severe for some but is fairly a common method in the states . run concrete around the bottom of the fencing in the kennel area then run a electrified wire 6inches from the ground and about the same from the main fence. you can also run a wire around the top. specal chargers designed for pets are manufactured here. these are primarily used where contact with children isn't possible and are not a good idea for very young or sensitive dogs. but for dogs with intense hunting drive and climbing/digging ability they work great. this probably also wouldn't work in small are
  8. they're not that horrible. but they are distructive of habitat and young farm animals. but they are resource that could be cashed in on by the state. but then over regulation would surely follow. so i say be quiet about it and hunt the hell out of them and enjoy the abundance while its avaliable.
  9. DON'T ANYONE GET WITH ME BUT DOGS THAT ARE BREED TO DO A JOB DO IT A LITTLE BETTER THEN ONES THAT ARE NOT. BUT THATS NOT SAYING THAT THE OTHERS CAN,T GET IT DONE AND IF YOUR NOT LOOKING FOR PERFECTION WHY NOT TRY A RACER?AND AS FAR AS RECALL PROBLEMS ANY DOG CAN BE TRAINED TO RETURN. TRAINING IS THE FIRST MAJOR BONDING EXPERIENCE BETWEEN MOST DOGS AND OWNERS ANY WAY.AS FAR AS INJURIES ANY DOG CAN GET HURT AND WETHER IT WIMPERS OR SCREAMS OR JUST GOES ON MAKES NO DEFFERENCE TO THE FACT THAT SOME MENDING IS GOING TO HAVE TO BE DONE. I'D SAY IN THE END MORE DPENDS ON THE DOG AND YOU THAN ANY THI

  11. try a nitelight coon hunting light you can configure them any way you want almost and they are damn durable and can have a head lamp low light long burn a long with a hand held spot . the battery packs are rechargable and start at six volt and go to twenty four volts. nite light .com or try "wicks" don't know exactly how much light you guys use but these are all adjustable out put lights and thousands of coon hunters use them in the states. oh and they come with belts or suspenders and have other options as well
  12. seems as a head lite with a spot attachment would work best but i gather tthey may be too much light i think they just want enough light to do the job and not" bother "any one
  13. i knew my hounds were missing something the don't generaly care if they are making me happy. the commands my dogs learn are. hey,as in what ever shit your up to knock it off! gets used alot. load up. means get in,on ,kennel or enter. come on , a loose heel for multiple dogs. sit. hold still. as in i'm trying to play vet and moving isn't helping. where is it? means i'm looking at a track and you should be finding what made it. and get back! means you found it and i'm either going to shoot it or don't want it torn up any more. then i have wistles for here and changeing direction. and feel

  16. ah um uh well a "cur" dog is usually something like your lurchers a type of dog not allways recognized as a "pure breed" by the kennel clubs. i don't personaly own a "cur" but could probably find a picture of one. i once had a choclate leapord cur bitch that i have a picture of. she was heavier than normal about one hundred + in shape ,slower than my main pack. there are a few cur breeds they vary from the feist type that is a small terrier type of dog that is mostly used on squirrels and other small furred game. then there are the mountian curs that have some sheperd blood but mostly hound b
