Exactly. Like I said, I'm not condoning terrorism in any way, and have personally been caught up in the "War on Terror", but baning anyone with a sun tan and beard is not the answer. In each generation there are new international terrorism threats and targets; it wasn't all that long ago that Britain was heading the way in forcing its beliefs

Who says the Irish are stupid? They set bombs and walk away, Muslims set bombs and blow thenselves up! But seriously, regarldess of religion, race, colour......one mans terrorist is another mans freedom fighter..... I'm not condoning terrorism in any way whatsoever, but one thing is for certain; its much bigger than any of us. Kicking muslims out of the country is not the answer and neither is tarring all muslims or Islamists with the same brush.

I put that speach in another thread on here......... He got lambasted for the contents of the Rivers of Blood speach, made over 40 years ago. I wonder however, how much of what he said in that speach has either bourn true or are sentiments, feelings and examples we would agree with 40 years on? Quite a lot?

Sorry Ratman you Pr*ck; othes try to get on witth their lives trying to help those less fortunate and all you can do is take the piss.. I'm off to evertest, and six other peaks plus both the north and south pole; why don't you get off your arse? Or are my taxes keeping you happy where you are? I hate reducing myself to ths but I'm f****d off with the minoroty on here ruining it for everyone else. You can add your mum on a policy as a named driver, so the policy is in your name, you build up the NCB but by having a woman on the policy too it will bring the preium down. My Rangie was £825 fully comp at my renewal (9 yearts NCB), so I added the Mrs to the policy as a second driver and it came down by over £100!!

I agree; used to read CMW almost weekly but stopped buying it now. One thing of note however is the recent poll (I think it was on channel 4) whith the CA won as the most influential polotical force in Britain last year......... The ban may have come into force but they are doing and have done a good job of fighting the corner where others have just bailed out.....and that poll shows just how much the ordinary man on the street has noticed.

I suspect the Muppets that did vote for Blair/Labour don't care. They are probably the very people who "think" we are all in the wrong for the way we think......... .......its not about Posh v's Common or toff bashing or anything. This Labour Government is purely a money-making ride for the elitist Middle-classes who want to come down hard on real working folk; they hate the aristos in their run down mansions and titles as much as they hate the guys in council houses; its all about a middle class elite yogurt knitting materialistic pretece of real life and values..... I have to agree with this; while in "theory" a boycot as above could work, and while we are seeing fuel companies post record profits; there businesses are in business to make money; ok, so to us mere mortals the total sums involved are beyond belief but the real vilains in this are the Government slapping huge taxes on the fuel. We pay more per litre in tax duty than we do for the fuel itself; the biggest portion of each and every increase goes into the Government's coffers not the oil companies..... ......with the world economy the way it is; conflict in many OPEC nations where large sc

Surprised to see a vote for labour on here, on a hunting forum.....the other thing I noticed was amarked votes for the BNP, I guess this summes up peoples thoughts on imigration and the like. I have to agree with an earlier post, those wanting Labour out really only have one vote choice; Conservative. By rallying behind them Labour will loose, by splitting votes possably more Lab votes will go to other parties but not enough in one single area for Labour to loose enough seats. Remember Labour need to loose heavily in order to loose power; a slight majority for the Oposition is not enough....

Some good names mentioned here; but would most people have heard of them? I'm talking about people that have brought the countryside and its way of life, ecology, geography to the public domain, who have shown Mr&Mrs Avarege what its all really about. Not neceseraly those who promote or produce work specificly for country sports enthusiasts. Clarissa Doixon-Wright? Maybe another?? Vinnie Jones?......maybe not eh? Mike Robinson? Max Hastings?
