Hi micheal this show was ran last year for the first time, the turn out was unbelievable at last years event, this year should be even bigger as there is a bigger prize fund and more stalls and exibits.ive been getting a lot of pms for details from poeple from england and scotland and i really hope to see some of them at the show,it would be worth the run up the road on the day and i look forward to seeing you there
  12. good luck with the show lads, heard good reports about last time. going to try and get the run down to yous
  13. I could yeah, but then I would need to also build another collecting/handling pen as well as the bath and straining pen. More expense, and I already have two collecting/handling pens, the other one though is not in a good site for the job. I'll think of something I use my dads facilities at the moment, it would be handy to have my own and that would cut out an extra few runs with the trailer. I like to add a few things to the farm each year if I can. if you could get a tungsten tipped point for a kangoo you could dig it out john but it would take a while and be a real pain in the arse

  22. you are his dad fella ,that prick was just a sperm donor
  23. This will work in both the oven or slow cooker. Take an oven prepared goose (greylag, canada), best if you have shot and prepared the bird yourself, and place on a house brick in cooker. Add 2 lemons to the birds cavity and 1/2 lb shallotts to the pan and cover with foil. Leave on a medium heat for about 5 hours taking the foil off after 4 hours and remove some of the juices and put to one side. After the last hour remove from the oven, throw away the goose and eat the brick with some of the reserved stock. THATS ABOUT RIGHT MATE ,,,,,GREAT :clapper: :clapper:
