Can’t see owt wrong with Sandy mate .It’s obvious he’s an intelligent man who looks at things from a balanced footing .The constant quoting off the net does get on your tits but he’s only doing what GM does in providing counter proof towards the debate .A few need to think hard about what it is we are asked to believe in here and and whether in all honesty we should be seeing more evidence ourselves not contained and coveted by cat finders . One point seems to suggest large cat whilst the other ,done by a Robin Allaby states only house cat occasionally found otherwise fox in abundance . It seems evidence is based on who you talk to and who WANTS it to be true .Minter is mentioned in this paper too and it’s unbiased content is very refreshing in its honesty .

Just thought that I’d search the net ,not something I do normally but here’s what I found . The first is a pic of a Siamese cross Persian cat .The second is just a random stock pic of a house cat outline showing a long thick tail . Im going to be careful not to upset anyone from now on as I’m genuinely interested in the subject but as yet ,very much unconvinced .

I can actually see why the thermal vid of the cat could spark excitement in the ranks and I’m not going to lie I thought it was a mountain lion for a bit but ….the tree in the foreground that the cat is to the right of looks to be a beech tree by the smooth bark which would mean the base is between 3 1/2 to 4 foot across and unfortunately the cat isn’t quite that by a margin from nose to tail as it sinks away .The only cat with a profile same as a cougar is the Siamese .Thick tail ,sleek coat ,pointed ears and the she cats develop the baggy flanks as seen in the vid . You have it wrong mod .It’s not the person but the supposed proof that is in question . Everybody is entitled to question everything ,it is the evolution of the human brain to question not just accept . Those believing in either cats ,ghosts ,gods or fairies have that right ,of course they do but anyone who dosnt also has the right to question when that belief is put forward on an open forum for discussion . What falls down in the majority of these discussions is the inability of the believer to provide proof we can all agree on to close the discussion in an adult way . Those

You’ve asked me many times to visit this university Paul and each time I’ve declined .Being in a room full of people who believe in this topic would be like you being in a room of non believers all telling you they ain’t there . The very best form of introduction for me would someone who has no skin in the game ,neutral . My first introduction to them was an imperial mint up side the head from a mate from a good 70 yards .After that I had to have one .Shot many pheasants to roost and pigeons .Never mastered the running shot but mate used to take his ratting with the smoker and whack a few on the move and in trees .Decent in the right hands .Used to collect lorry wheel bearing ballbearings from a fitters shop and use them about 8 mm I guess .Used to practice on fray bentos pie tins at 20 m ?
