There was no motive behind me watching it, I just don't like watching womens football as I think the standard is very poor. But then again, I haven't watched it in yonks so I couldn't really say! Lol

Women have been in the Olympics for over 120 years and they aren't on the level of men due to their biology, not because of skillset, women Olympians are almost always technically sound, definitely on par with the men. Of course nobody is forced to watch it, I didn't, but, this is pushed down our throats though, there's no doubt about that.

Not necessarily, the best amateurs could compete with the best pros, Savon & Stevenson would have undoubtedly been world champion, etc. It wouldn't be because of skill that they would lose to the bigger fighter, from what I've seen of women's football the skill gulf between the women and men is massive, and that's the main reason why I struggle to watch it.

Not at all, I say it how it i think it is. Women's football is shockingly bad, I mean a men's pub team would beat the world's best. I'm not knocking those that enjoy it, I just can't bring myself to watch it. One of the England ladies most famous football players ever is the daughter of a well known gentleman of our village, it's a shame she came around in the wrong era, Karen Walker.
