  1. I strongly disagree with your first point, I don't think it's the numbers involved, it's the horrific pain and suffering, I don't think an embryo will go through the pain and suffering of someone being worked to death in a concentration camp, or freezing to death over winter, or being led to a gas chamber.
  2. He wasn't an hate preacher but neither was he a man of reason, this is a man that said abortion is worse than the Holocaust, that he would force his own child to give birth if she was raped, etc.
  3. Hearns was dangerous, as fast as lightning and twice as deadly.
  4. What? I'm on about Canelo, he won more than two rounds for me. But Bud did do enough to win the fight, and the last two rounds really closed it out for him, he was just faster and getting off first, Canelo basically gave up head hunting at the end and was content on trying to work the body. I don't make him favourite to beat the likes of Leonard, Hagler & Hearns, all three would beat him IMO.

  6. I tried it once but I forgot it had boiling watta inside for mi coffee.
  7. Fens serious point, best to delete that cos you never know who's reading, very good tip that cos I bet it's a sickener having one confiscated.
  8. We will see mate but he had a lot of demons and battles with addiction, he reminds me of a good mate who took his own life a few years back, bringing back memories.
  9. Been thinking about him quite a lot today, poor guy. He had no ego, didn't bad mouth anyone, never put down upcoming young fighters, always took the time out to talk, a genuinely nice lad, when we met him in Blackpool he was a quiet kid and was really just one of the lads, such a shame he has to feel that low about himself to end his own life, just sad, brings back memories of happy days.
  10. There's no shame in losing to two of the best fighters of his generation. I remember the Mayweather fight very well and how Joe Cortez jumped all over Hatton whenever he got close, talk about spoiling a fight and preventing someone from working. He was stopped in the end but he still put in one of the best performances against a prime Mayweather who went in to be one of the best ever.
  11. Come on man, pork shoulder is up there with any meat.
  12. For me there's one thing that's worse than both left leaning or right leaning views and that's social media. It works on the algorithm to fuel engagement and everyone is a pawn.
  13. He definitely won some mid to later rounds as well but the result was fair I suppose. The truth is Canelo would have always had trouble with Crawford. GOAT debate, how silly, he wouldn't even have come out on top against the 4 Kings.
  14. I'd seen in him Tenerife recently on social media and he looked worse for wear, such a shame.
  15. Rumours are that it's suicide, he's been out on a day sesh with us over 15 years ago around Blackpool. One of the older lads was mates with Joey Blower who was also good mates with Hatton and they met us all for drinks, a sound fella.

    Ricky Hatton

A massive shame he could never beat his vices and defeat his demons, I hope he's now at peace.

Never, gutting, he brought great times to British boxing.
  18. Neither then, so he's of mixed ancestry. Basically a new mixed race champ, but could well be labelled a Brit.
  19. No, I don't think it will make a difference. The filth at the top will always want to feed us crumbs, but I suppose it makes for a good smokescreen.
  20. He must think Joanna Lumley is Indian... Lol
