Well spoken, it's not a competition is it. People take dogs as an extension of themselves and think that if someone else has a better dog then that's a reflection on them, that's not necessarily the case. But I'll tell you, no Lucas bred dog would ever beat mine....

I can understand if breeding is your game and you're seeing what she is made of, but if sport is your game then I'd put the health of the dog first. You can test her metal at another date without carrying an injury? Like with gamedogs, most don't quit because of injury and what not, most jack in because of exhaustion or shock. You could make any dog quit in the end of it will die trying if you slip it beyond the point of exhaustion.

I don't agree with that though mate, if she's showing signs of injury why run it again and risk further or permanent damage? Fair enough he will see what minerals she's made out of but you should do best by your game little dog.

I can remember first joining high school and having a run in with the biggest hardest b*****d of year 5. Well he battered me all over the play ground, in exhaustion I crumbled to the ground where he ground and pounded me like Tito Ortiz. He shouts to me: "Have you had enough yet!" Confused and dazed I shout back: "I don't know, it's mi first feyt!" He never bullied me again, I showed him!

Are some lines more injury prone though? I heard rumours that PG's Jamie dogs were known to burst a gasket at some point or another, any truth in that are just crabbers?

Tbf mate, many of those lads locked up for the Manvers riots are now out. My relation is out as is a few others, they were in Linc prison. Not bad when they got sentenced to around two year.

Some certainly do look quick, but then you think is it a poor hare, as I said, I think it is hard to guage on video, you don't get the sense of speed that get watching it in real life. I do think our hares down here are better than the one's up the North East though. Lol

The ideal dog would be a whizz banger coursing bred that can make short work of them but also hang in their against the best of hares.
