  1. Yes, stick to that .22 Rapid and get yourself a spare barrel and probe / mag in .25 , best of both worlds Can send you enough free samples of .25 ammo to find out what works best for you, but you first have to get that set up
  2. Don't know, have a couple of different Korean made .25 pellets lying around which are quite heavy 40 grains plus, but you need a lot of energy to give them a proper velocity to make them accurate. Better stick to something around the 26 grains mark, this type of pellet (dome head) around the 900 / 950 fps mark works best. What type of rifle are you using ?
  3. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-28329737 Some explanations why there are less white babies born. Has a lot to do with the way we plan our lives; the important role education has in it, making a career and earning a living in a world which is asking a lot from both men and women....... Life's f@cking expensive isn't it , even without children and would you raise children in a world like it is today, with all its problems world wide. I've doen it, but would I do it again? (YES, the rewards are so much bigger ) But I do understand the hesitation people have when one looks around, and th
  4. Yes, they are H&N Baracuda's with a small cross section hollowpoint in their heads ( 28 grains compared to the 31 grains of the original Baracuda's in .25) , if you keep the distance under 40 meters they are ok, any thing further they lose their accuracy. They mushroom quite nicely... I also have a non FAC .25 rifle (BSA Supersport) in which I use either 20 grains H&N FFT or 18 grains Milbro Rhino's, I really like that rifle, quite good at short range.

  11. The different pellet weights in .20 (5mm) http://www.straightshooters.com/pellet-weights.html Not as much to choose from as in .177 or .22 but still enough to find a match with your rifle / barrel
  12. I do have a Theoben Countryman in .20 doing 15 fpe, it really is a very accurate air rifle, when I do my part using JSB exact at 13,6 grains the rifle is doing around the 700 fps mark and out to targets at 45 meters it's spot on. Great caliber, but the choice in pellets is limited, I use either JSB or H&N FTT and they do the job for me. Best of both worlds (nice song by the late Robert Palmer) as well, give it a try, and see if it suits you

  14. Great pictures, would love to see that video. Looks like that rabbit will stand its ground !
  15. I use them both in my .25 FAC Stealth. Of all the pellets I have used, I always came back to the JSB Exact Kings. I say " used to come back " because the newer batches aren't as accurate as they use to be, sloppy quality control ? You could also try AA .25 (made by JSB) but closer tolerances in production. The best performing .25 pellets in my rifle are JSB Exact Kings, AA, Benjamins and don't forget H&N Baracuda's, a lot depends on the power of the rifle, all these pellets perform best around the 850 / 900 fps mark. There's a lot to find on the Tube about these pellets, worth a look.

  18. Here you go: http://z13.£$%^**((/hunting_with_an_air/ar/t2535.htm All the pellets weights you ever wanted to know, but were afraid to ask.....
  19. Out to say 25 meters they're ok, but were intended for target / match shooting. Any further away and accuracy will suffer. Great on rats at shorter ranges, hit like a brick, thanks to the flat head. On the other side, if your rifle likes them give them a try and see from what range they start to lose their accuracy, if that's beyond 40 meters, no problem , stick with them. Otherwise find yourself a nice dome head pellet from one of the proper brands : AA, JSB , H&N
