^adoo agree with that, he wouldnt sit and wait with a 22-250 or what ever he had until the dog went over the fence. or would get that serious straight away.unless some one had been killing or taking sheep..

we took 2 outa 10 we was last weekend i think. i dont take pics cus the fox isnt worth a picture arfter the pittyxgrey is done. ill try next time tho. oh and that was the first time ive seen dogs work a night fox.

i love the colored rabbits. if i owned a property for hunting on and only me hunted. i let acoupple of colored ones go and try my hardest not to kill them ones.

i know peopel who take pigs down with a 22 hornet. but if you did want a range gun but cheap ammo go for a 22-250. i recomend it to every one in the world

my favrot is button wistle cost me 2$ and works a treat. i also made one of them prognal fox whistles that the aunre wog sells. and i use it for lamping when thay are farr away.

it's the law over here to not jump climb any thing with a loaded gun in your hand. get the outher person to go over then pass to get over and get it back. ....

yeah i rekon., i didnt think 50 would go that quick. im going out tonight and were taking about 500 leaving 250 in car and come back for them if needed. if i can ill take a photo and post it. but usualy we skin and unt te rabbits too quick and forget about pics untill it's too late.

oh and by the way. none of us had shot a 22 in about 4 years and it was his gun so first time ive seen it 1 rabbit every 5 shots

Hello all. i was out rabbit shooting with mate and we were using a .22 lr. At first we couldnt find any bullets untill i went to another mates place and got a box of 50. i thort that would do as we werent going to be on a big proprety. any who we made trips up and back the cliffs we were shooting on and we ran out before comming home was in out mind. and we ended up wiith 9. how manny boxes or carts do you take out going on a fun night of 22 shooting?

i'd like it if he came back on here........Where have you been???????????? Regarding which dog the competitors ran, i'm willing to be corrected here but I believed the dog didn't have to be named when the money was paid but the dog you started the comp with was the dog you had to run throughout. Scouser ran a different dog to the one he intended to because of injury. So how's that not fair on the other competitors????????? ill re-read the rules. but i thort you had to name the dog after you pay, fair enough if it gets hurt and cant run so you use another,but lets say that hi

mine was hunting up at 8weeks and was in the cage with a alive rabbit at about 9-10 weeks, cant rember as it was quite a while ago!

im not trying to offencs MB, id like it if he came back on here just saying that he has toi make his mind up before the shit happens. oh and also, when he sighned up you had to say wich dog you were running right?? and im not 100% but he didnt make up his mind and said id run the one wich is doing the best for him that mounth. wich was against the rules.... not fair to the outher compaters mate i od hope he coms back ive always loved his post about lamping and tips. and realy thort peopel whp wpuld put him down as just some one whos like to poke fun at who ever....

would you call a whippet x grey a small lurcher?? i would. and what ive seen in real life compared to my whipxgrey is instint. i know alot of you peopel have dynomight whippets and i mean no offence. but a bloke i meet whilst walking my dog, we went on a ferret trip for a little while. my dog was hunting with his nose and finding the rabbits in the grass, while hios was just running threw the long grass and not evan taking notice of the rabbits darting out the side of the reads. mine was but yeah. ive only seen one pure whippet work..

i had this problame for a little while, i fixed it when ferreting, we had a rabbit alive and there was this breeding pen or some thing and the walls were made of wire and the rabbit wouldnt be able to get out, so we put it in there and had the dog chase it in there, eventualy he was sick of chasing it for fun and grabed it. then we were walking around to the next burrow arfter he had grabed the rabbit and a squatter jumped out, i sliped cooper straight away and he pinned. then as i was playing fetch i neeled donw and keeped calling him a goos boy untill he brought it back. i knecked it and we
