had this happen a good few years ago but it happened with 2 litters off un related jills no idea what it is but just started to apear in 1 or 2 then went through the lot ended up culling 19 kits.

nice dog mate went after a beardie x border x grey to a 5/8 grey x beardie x border pup me self last week but they were all sold. -
not bothered if there sky blue with pink dots as long as they do the buisness i work both hobs and jills my mate only worked hobs this season as his jill got killed and my hob worked with his no bother till later in the season when they were comeing into season but his hobs kept on working together no bother.

best way to keep them for a couple of days is to lay a few sheets of news paper in the salad tray of a fridge lay the worms on the paper so they do not touch each other lay some more sheets of newspaper on top of them and do the same till all the worms are layered in paper then put a couple of sheets of paper on top of them. keep mine for a few days like this no bother.

smallest fish was 2,3/4lb biggest nearly 4lb

Had a trip to derwent today took 15 trout kept 8 and put 7 back nearly all took off the top on a black hopper.

hemp for me. make mine with 5 ply hemp 16 mesh wide 48" long. dry after each trip and they last for ages.

if the land owner wants you there and the rabbits controlled you dont have much choice they will just give the permision to some one else if you don`t do the biz.

takes a couple of weeks for the swelling to go down same as putting to a snipped hob or a whole hob. atb john.

good luck mate i have a 3year old bedlington and have tried always to break him to ferrets and he won`t have any of it. atb.

hi mate were in sunderland are you i`ve got a poly hob was snipped last year but im in gateshead never been used yet as i wanted to breed this year. atb john

i`ve done it before with no bother but a suppose all ferrets are different and some will breed together and bring there kits up and some might not.

just got 1 of these loomis norwegian net needle 10"x5/8" from agouti knitted a 48" x 16 mesh net and only had to fill needle twice bit bulky till you get used to it but a good bit of kit for £2.50.

in the years i raced greyhounds had loads of dogs break toes and go back to raceing with no change also had them have toes off and still run had 1 bitch had 2 toes off on same foot and could run with the best of them

i agree, i havent seen the land as im down south, the owners hubby has been shooting them but im guessing he may not be a good shot, i thought if someone ferreted a few times they may be able to shoot during the summer then go back to ferreting, pm sent atb john.

few of the does had young in them and had to dig ferret out and found a nest but no young in it so it wont be long now till there about.
