i got offered a bit permission out that way to shoot rabbits, ballintyne nursery(tree nursery) thought should be decent! got out there and it was a shithole! more like a scrappys had a "look" on the estate next door and looked decent, wouldnt mind a look on there.

just wondering how many people on here in and around the edinburgh and lothians and what kind of hunting they do? go out quite often and think i've only ever bumped into 1 other person whilst out? lol

took the pup a walk today spend a bit of bonding time, my other half decided she wanted to come along aswell!! anyway got to where i wanted and the wee bugger took off after some sheep but came off when shouted on so quite pleased with that. Anyway decided to try her jumping a 3ft fence she wasnt too keen to start barked a little run along the length of it so thought i was asking a bit much, went back laid my jacket over it and walked away from her. she run up and down up and down, and then just like that over she came kept her at it for about 10 minutes back and forth and she was doing it n

i PM'd the 2 boys who got the other two bitches, the lad with the other fawn bitch got back in touch but the other boy never bothered his arse the lad with the pup says she's doing fine but has an eye infection at the moment, shes 18tts and looks well. he sent me a pic i'll ok it with him and i'll PM him to see if its ok to put it up.

all i remember is that my uncle put his fawn deerxgrey over a blue merle colliexgrey and took 2 blue merle bitches pups and thats where both mine have came from, that big dog pup out this bitches litter, the white and merle one was the one i was going to take but he turned out to be deaf and blind the poor wee c**t.

Me and my mate decided to walk about a few bits we had seen to see if we could find any warrens to ferret, we had seen this bit at night when lamping and it was alive with bits of everything so walked it today, found a couple of setts rabbits and other, anyway it got our pups out aswell mine and my mates 1/8 beardie 1/8 collie 3/4 grey (hancocks) they didnt even seem fussed by the sheep and that so quite enjoyed my afternoon just a few pics

Just out of interest, did you get this stock from Brian Plummer, I bred Brian his first two Mastiffs? they are from plummer lines im sure, still a bitch pup left by the way will be around the 21-22week mark on thursday

anyone guestimate how tall my bitch will be when fully grown? shes approx 21 and a half and she'll be 19weeks on monday, thanks in advance

start jump training now, puta piece of wood in its pen about 6 inch so it has to jump over it to get to its food, raise it a couple of inches a month, then progress to small fences. have a look back a few pages, see thread about training a lamping pup, this may help. cheers mate thing is ive already got her jumping "onto" knee high walls, and i caught the wee fecker is jumping into the bath, clearing the side?

now for the life of me i cant remember when i started my bitch jumping or when i broke her to sheep!! when do you think i should start? shes 17weeks yesterday, i took her out to watch my bitch for an hour tonight, kept her on the lead obviously, and she seemed too interested in my bitch to notice the sheep, what i will say is that when my bitch retreived a rabbit back to hand alive( a rarity!) she was dying to get a hold of it and grabbed it which is a good sign but i wont be taking her out again till i can slip her,

sum fella who know was told by a old boy who as had lurchers all his life that on average they grom a inch a month till bout 10 months old so bout 27" try n get sum pics up i ave a new pup who is 4 .5 months old he is 19" at min ment 2 make 25/26" looks just like blue pup on the pic under wat u ave rote may aswell get in on this aswell, my bitch was 16weeks yesterday and shes 19 and a half so theorodically she should make25 and a half? so prob bout [bANNED TEXT] wat that old boy told ma mate if ya add it up wat bredin is ya pup got any pics shes collie/greyxdeer/grey mate and
