Spent many years training dogs for manwork, and they are a great deterant and family pet rolled into one, but if someones really wants to get in then they will find a way of passing the dog...............

I get your point and I know what your saying but if someone wants to pay to ensure they have somewhere to work there animals then thats their perogitive. I don't pay but if someone offered me decent ground for a small fee then I'd pay.

Hi Terrie, The nature/nurture debate has always raged on, training and development is essential in bringing on any dog and you may get the odd world beater via some good fortune or fluke but nobody in their right mind would contemplate breeding from non-workers whether its a terrier, gundog, lurcher etc etc.

My post merely highlighted factual information to ensure this member doesn't partake in an illegal activity.

I think you will find that encouraging a dog to chase a fox with the intention of catching it on land you have no permission to hunt on is illegal
