What type of lurcher do I keep ? And my lurchers have never been tested as you put it one

Plenty of bullxs will catch rabbits and bring em back live , hogie's wee bullx will catch rabbits on most ground seen her take them on a golf course which ain't bad considering shes 21"tts and is heavyish built . HBG had a few good pics of his bullxs retrieving rabbits over hedges and fences With a bull x only the people who ain't seen them think that there one trick ponies

Not seen alot of dogs run but the one that really impressed me was hogies wee 1/2 bred bull x 21" tts seen her catch on all sorts of land and even catching rabbits on the golf course. Deputydogs Molly saluki/bull/grey is another gutsy dog that didnt miss much and wouldn't let go of anything once in her teeth. Worse one I seen was a dh/collie/gh which soon as it was slipped yapped like feck and worked a field till the owner managed to catch it .

Seems to me breed standard is the standard no matter where it's from. Sorry got my wires crossed with the IKC and I.k.c which is only a club my bad lol

HBG's Remus dog is in the north east and is a proven sire PM him and see if he'd let you use it , it's a 1/2 bred

Beef 50p lb bit fatty but the dogs love it or can get it for 35p lb really good quality witha bit of liver through it but don't drive so cant get it picked up

Never owned a good fox dog and probably never will (still legal over here) my dog don't see the numbers to call him a fox dog but he will still kill more than one a night if needed so he does me . I dare say with a different owner he could of been a great fox killer
