thats what i read somewhere, they were using them to take hogs, anything under 40lb they were mustard, but anything much bigger they just bayed that boy was odd , slip im in with another dog and he just stood there and watched the other dog do all the work

just curious, what would you be hoping for the end product e.g. what would this cross have over say, a bull x? a well bred ridgeback x wouldnt be in the same league as a well bred bullx , but they could still have there uses

half x good deer dog, good rabbit dog , lacked courage for fox but would do them sometimes .. good guard dog , could be a b*****d with other dogs, would bite people if he didnt know them . had a lot of stamina wish i hadnt got rid i'd have that dog back again but i dont think id have one of this cross again

Yea I understand that but my point is there are so many people Lyin about dogs ages only to sell the dog my point is how do you know unless you know when the litter was whelped

some dogs look old when there not though, my dog is 5 and he is grey around his face , and is mistaken by some as an old dog

And your suppose to be living in Ireland ,whats happened to the traditional Soda Bread ,Wheaten Bread , and Potatoe Bread ,you wouldn,t know a good un . Never had wheaten bread on a fry ... Probably because soon as I see a wheaten loaf I eat it , who ever invented the stuff new how to make good bread lol

what would you do if the people who had the dog off you started studing or breeding litters out of a rehomed pet (not having a dig just wondering your opinion lol) if it was an old dog that worked good for me id keep it as a pet , but a young dog would be pts with out cosidering it as a pet, thered be nothing worse than not being able to do what you love and was bred for imo

no point in keeping a dog that doesnt do everything you ask of it, you will never be happy with it and it will never end well. but sometimes you dont have the choice, if you rear a dog from a pup, and it isent a good at ferreting as you wanted it to be, but was top notch on the lamp, what would you do, just get rid of the dog and say f**k it, i will get a new one, or stick with it and work more on the discipline it isent so good at, with the chance it may improve? as i said what you put in is what you get out!!! some dogs just dont make the grade full stop mate, thinking any differenet

It's in July though No Guido though, they burn a Lundy over your side i meant a 5th of november one ... dont get to see much of the july one either im normally to busy being drunk and trying to sing the sash :laugh: Yes and all the gun fire wont help they dogs................. unlike your fat labs all our dogs over here aint scared of gun fire

never realised they did a cd , real good idead who ever thought of that .. and ive only been away from england for 4yrs but i forget sometimes how bad the fireworks are , never here them over here where i am at all... plus we dont have a bonfire night and you have to have a licence for fireworks

And thats another annoying fact is the double standards that they set................. no they wouldnt , you can cull your own dog with a bolt gun , boy was doing it with greyhounds and they couldnt do him for it.. they did do him for burying the dogs on his land though Hands up....i never knew that....... Not being funny but theres a few dogs buried up here.........so is that illegal that then? you can bury your dog on your land , but legally you cant bury someone elses dog on your land ..
