mate the job your talking about is a labour of love pure and simple so your answer to number one is no,in sickness you would have to be srewd enough to negotiate your terms and conditions and youle find places on good shoots hard to find,of course youle have to start at rock bottom and work at it but from exsperiance its a great job and life literally. -
