  2. good cross i would say although ive seen first cross bull greys that have pace and wind to go all night and arnt to heavey for all quary,it comes down to the right breeding ,like with any cross or breed of lurcher.
  3. il say that malc, she is a lovely little lurcher proper german sheperd cross as well, when she finished her growth an gets her full strength i recon she will knock some gear over.if she comes as good as merph there wont be any gear left.

  6. Do you work your dog alone or do you lamp with other people as 2 or more more dogs working together could start ripping rabbits apart or dogs fighting over there quarry i my self have never seen dogs working together not get snappy over there catch work mine on or off but depends on sercomstances with or with out other dogs, they are just to high drive to watch another dog on quarry and not join the chace, best dogs ive seen.
  7. curtis i got to add this to your argument but not all pits are suitable for lurcher production,i would also like to ask you what is the difference between a apbt and a genuine working stafford ie what other breeds are used in there make up to make them different,i can add this i know the difference in the majority of the two breeds when it comes to structure or build but that is the majority not all. Hi thanks for your reply. Yes i see your point, they are several breeds claiming to be pit bulls. Staffordshire Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, American Pit Bull terriers, American
  8. haw would i do that!,show you a game staff!,haw bout you put on your game pitbulls, look theres plenty of working trialing blood in the world some of wich is just good as your pits dont be narrow minded,in any case there all show dogs now.

  19. had a trip to malcs place, the night started poor weather wise but as we went on through it picked up well,we had to reach a few spots witch took a while but when we got their it was worth it the rabbits were all at the end of the beam witch stretched the dogs but were well won mostly, malcs dog murph is a natural lurcher he makes the job look so easy especially given his size and weight 27" seventy pound and has wind to spare,my own bitch run well considering its her first season i was pleased enough shes plenty of drive and retreives like a spaniel we ended up with 23 hard won rabbits, cheers m
